In order to secure your appointment for your services, we require a card on file. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. No shows and cancellations within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the service. (Botox/Dysport $100 Fee)
